What are Event Services?

Event Services covers everything needed to deliver an event in practice, excluding responsibility for the content itself (such as speaker selection and programme choices). Delivery consists of designing, planning, building, directing and wrapping up the full production: technical, operational and facility related.
We deliver a large number of productions every year, which means our processes and collaboration with venues and suppliers are built around predictability and continuity.

Concept development

From vision to an executable concept: spatial design, routing, atmosphere and experience are translated into a plan that works technically and logistically. During proposal phases, visualisation can be supported with 3D scans and AI renders to speed up decision making.

Technical production

Video, lighting, audio, rigging and technical infrastructure are integrated into one working show environment. Think of stage and screen setups, camera recording, networks and the content chain, aligned to the programme and the venue.

Operational show management

During the event we manage timing, technology, safety, logistics and visitor flow. Changes and bottlenecks are solved in real time, so show moments remain manageable and the programme runs reliably.

Facility coordination

Event Services goes beyond technology. Room layout, styling and facility prerequisites can also be part of the plan and delivery. From entrance to plenary setup and supporting provisions.

Event Services focuses on the complete production around the event. Responsibility for content (such as speaker selection, programme content and editorial control) remains with the client. Practical speaker support, such as presentation management, formats, stage guidance and show flow, can be part of delivery.

Sustainability, quality and safety in delivery

For events, creativity matters, but responsible delivery matters too. We align execution with ISO certified processes for quality and sustainability: ISO 9001 (quality) and ISO 14001 (sustainability). In addition, ISO 27001 (information security) applies to sales and rental activities. This is relevant when productions involve systems, data or content flows that must remain controlled.
