Before filling out this form, please perform the following checks:

• Check the power supply: Ensure the plug is properly inserted into the equipment and the power outlet. Verify that the outlet is supplying power.

• Check the cables: Make sure all cables are properly connected and that there are no loose connections. Ensure the cables are not damaged and that the connectors are clean. If necessary, try using a different cable.

• Check the settings: Verify that the correct source is selected. If an audio device is not producing sound, check if the volume is set correctly. Ensure all other equipment settings are properly configured.

• Restart the equipment: Try restarting the equipment by turning it off, waiting a few seconds, and turning it back on.

• Check batteries or rechargeable batteries: Some equipment operates on batteries or rechargeable batteries. Check if the issue is caused by depleted batteries.

• Check (if possible) the firmware: Ensure the firmware (software that enables the device to function) is up to date. Refer to the equipment’s manual for instructions on how to update the firmware.
