During the EARMA Conference Utrecht 2026 at Jaarbeurs Utrecht, Heuvelman Sound & Vision delivered full audiovisual support. In addition to on-site AV support throughout the programme, we set up a Speaker Support Room where presentations were checked and supported. We also provided streaming solutions for online attendees, enabling a professional hybrid experience for both in-person and remote participants.

Background

The EARMA Annual Conference is the flagship gathering for the research management and administration community in Europe and beyond.
