The KNLTB Annual Congress has grown into a leading event within the Dutch sports world. Each year, the congress brings together thousands of visitors and calls for an audiovisual setup that is not only technically flawless, but also aligned with the KNLTB’s identity and ambitions. This year, more than 2,500 board members, coaches and independent tennis centres came together to celebrate this anniversary edition. Heuvelman was responsible for the complete audiovisual production, including lighting, sound, projection, technical direction and content support.

For the anniversary edition of the Annual Congress in the Rotterdam Ahoy Convention Centre, a striking and creative concept was chosen. Instead of a traditional presentation screen, a large circular projection surface took centre stage, inspired by the shape of a tennis racket. Additional screens, a carefully designed lighting plan and precise camera direction ensured that presentations, interviews and plenary sessions were clearly visible and comfortable to follow for all attendees.

In addition to the Annual Congress, Heuvelman also supports the KNLTB at other key events. For many years, we have provided the audiovisual technology for international competitions such as the Davis Cup, including match productions, press moments and media facilities. During the Digital Congress Week in 2022, which was organised entirely online from the Heuvelman Studios, Heuvelman was responsible for streaming, technical direction and content production.
