Innovative Venue Design and Technologies

Apex was an event for everyone with a passion for blockchain technology. This groundbreaking event, organized by Ripple and the XRP Ledger Foundation, took place at the Leonardo Royal Hotel in Amsterdam, a key partner location of Heuvelman Sound & Vision.

These two dynamic days were filled with opportunities to learn from and collaborate with leading experts. With an abundance of knowledge from expert keynote speakers, breakout sessions, and hands-on workshops to refine development skills, Apex offered a great experience for the attendees.

Room to be divided into 3 spaces

The audiovisual support for the event consisted of a plenary hall with a round stage, equipped with two large LED screens and high-quality audio for speakers and video. The autocue allowed speakers to present their story smoothly, and the camera direction ensured that everything in the hall and on the stage was easy to follow. Specially designed LED video strips gave the Leonardo Royal Hotel a dynamic, high-tech appearance and emphasized Heuvelman's focus on innovative LED video technology.

The audiovisual support included, in addition to the production of part of the video content, a very innovative plenary hall, complete with a round stage and equipped with two impressive LED video screens and top-quality audio support for speakers and video. Thanks to the autocue, speakers could deliver their story flawlessly, and a camera direction ensured that everything was seamlessly followed in the hall and on the stage.

The versatility of this hall was remarkable; it could easily be transformed into three separate breakout rooms. Each of these spaces had its own control, manned by technicians from Heuvelman.
