Apex

The audiovisual support for Apex focused on a plenary hall with a circular stage, fitted with two large LED screens and high-quality audio for speakers and video. With the help of an autocue, speakers were able to present their story calmly and fluently, while the camera direction ensured that everything on stage and in the hall was clearly visible to the audience.

In addition to the technical setup, Heuvelman also handled the production of part of the video content. In close coordination with the organisers, Ripple and the XRP Ledger Foundation, image, sound and direction were seamlessly aligned with the programme. This ensured that presentations and keynotes reinforced each other and that the programme remained easy to follow throughout both days.

The space was also highly flexible in use. Between programme elements, the plenary hall was easily converted into three separate breakout rooms. Each room had its own technical control, staffed by Heuvelman technicians, allowing sessions to run simultaneously and independently.

The Apex programme consisted of keynote speakers, breakout sessions and practical workshops. Visitors had ample opportunity to gain knowledge, exchange experiences and work together with experts from the blockchain sector.

Throughout the Leonardo Royal Hotel, specially designed LED video strips created a distinctive, high-tech atmosphere. These visual elements enhanced the overall event experience and highlighted both the innovative character of Apex and Heuvelman’s role as an innovative audiovisual partner.
