Our approach: from approval to delivery and aftercare

Once a project is approved, a project manager joins the process. This person organises on-site delivery, aligns with stakeholders and safeguards planning, communication and aftercare. This helps keep implementation as predictable as possible for organisations.

Assessment and design

We start with the room, its use and the desired workflow. This clarifies what is needed for visibility, intelligibility, control and management.

Engineering and IT alignment

Fixed installations almost always touch the network and existing systems. We translate the design into practical requirements, such as cabling, connection points, network and PoE where relevant, and management agreements. 

Installation and commissioning

We install, configure and test the full chain: visuals, audio, control and any integrations. Where safety systems are part of the scope, design and installation are aligned with relevant standards and frameworks.

Handover and adoption

An installation only delivers value when users can work with it consistently. That is why handover is part of delivery, including control principles, working methods and agreements around ownership and management.

Aftercare and continuity

After handover, continuity remains important. Service and maintenance, preventive and corrective, helps limit disruptions and supports timely advice on replacement or updates.

Public address and evacuation: safety as part of installation work

For public address and voice evacuation systems, demonstrable reliability is essential. In the Netherlands, this is aligned with relevant NEN standards, including NEN 2575 and NEN 2654, covering design, installation, management and periodic inspection.

Quality, safety and CSR in delivery

Predictability is crucial in sales and installation projects: clear project management, safe on-site execution and manageable systems after delivery. That is why we work with certified processes for quality (ISO 9001) and sustainability and CSR (ISO 14001), and we are ISO 27001 certified for rental and sales activities (information security).
