In five rooms, Heuvelman installed new displays, three videowalls of 16×55 inch screens each, and a wireless presentation system.
Innovative solutions
The various spaces have been redesigned with new displays and no fewer than three video walls, each composed of sixteen 55-inch screens. Equipped with the latest technology, these displays respond quickly and seamlessly to user interaction. A wireless presentation system has also been installed, allowing users to easily share presentations on the screens, including accompanying audio through the sound system.
Clear and effective meetings
In the council chamber and committee room, Heuvelman implemented a fully automated meeting system that is simple, clear, and intuitive to operate. A single control platform and one meeting management system are used, making it easy to conduct meetings with large groups while allowing all participants to speak in turn. For the Municipality of Eindhoven, the new Televic Confidea FLEX system was installed: a wired conference unit with a touchscreen. It is easy to install and configure, provides participants with all relevant information via a full-colour touchscreen, and enables the chair to lead the meeting efficiently. To date, this system has only been implemented by two municipalities. The use of software licences allows large conference systems to be assembled easily, offering additional convenience for users.
Audio system
Together with the Municipality of Eindhoven, Heuvelman selected an advanced sound reinforcement system to achieve excellent speech intelligibility in the various spaces. To ensure high audio quality even in challenging acoustic environments, multiple audio solutions were installed. One of these is the Fohhn Scale system: speakers that can be custom-ordered in length and finished with an elegant housing tailored to the interior. Optimised for conference and meeting spaces, these speakers deliver outstanding speech clarity and sound quality.
