Redesign of the AV Facilities

Recently, the AV facilities at the Municipality of Eindhoven have been redesigned and updated. This involved a total of 5 rooms including the council chamber, the committee room, and the civic hall. Heuvelman provided and installed these AV facilities.

Innovative Solutions

The various rooms have been newly equipped with new screens and no less than three video walls, composed of 16 55-inch screens. These are equipped with the latest technologies and respond flawlessly and quickly to user interaction.

A wireless presentation system has also been installed, allowing users to easily display presentations on the screen. The sound accompanying these presentations can be played through the sound system.

Meeting Loud and Clear

In the council chamber and the committee room, Heuvelman provides a fully automated meeting system that is simple, clear, and intuitive to operate. One control system and one meeting management system are used. With this system, it is very easy to meet with large groups, with the advantage that all attendees can speak alternately.

For the Municipality of Eindhoven, the new Televic Confidea FLEX system has been installed. This is a wired conference unit with a touchscreen. The device is easy to install and configure. Meeting participants receive all information via the full-color touchscreen while the chairperson can lead the meeting. This new system is currently only used by two municipalities.

The system uses software licenses to easily assemble large conference systems. This offers extra convenience for the participants.

Audio System

Together with the Municipality of Eindhoven, Heuvelman has chosen an advanced sound reproduction system. This achieves excellent speech intelligibility in the various rooms. To ensure excellent sound quality, even in the most challenging acoustic conditions, various audio systems have been installed. One of these audio systems is the Fohhn Scale. These are speakers that can be ordered in a custom length. They also have an elegant casing that can be customized to any desire. This makes them an asset to any interior. The speakers are optimized for use in conference and meeting rooms, providing optimal speech clarity and sound quality.
