Since 2015, Heuvelman has been managing the complete digital signage system at MECC Maastricht. Screens are installed throughout the venue and are used for wayfinding and narrowcasting, such as the event calendar, promotion of upcoming events and real-time information about events taking place. Additional screens at the reception desk provide fast and clear communication. Thanks to the user-friendly software, MECC can easily manage and update content independently.
In addition, Heuvelman equipped all 55 meeting and breakout rooms with room booking displays. These screens show real-time reservations and room occupancy, fully integrated with MECC’s internal system. This prevents miscommunication, improves efficiency and helps visitors find the right room instantly. Especially during busy event days, the combination of digital signage and room booking proves its value. MECC Maastricht has relied on Heuvelman’s solutions for many years.
