Invitado's E-badge combines digital visitor registration with a reusable badge. Visitor details are entered through the Invitado app and then displayed on the badge. If information changes later, it can be updated again.
Invitado E-badge: a reusable badge with digital information
The Invitado E-badge is a rechargeable badge that digitally displays pre-entered visitor information. The badge can be scanned using the Invitado app, where the relevant details are entered and then automatically transferred to the badge. If something needs to be changed afterwards, the information can be updated through a link sent by email. After use, the badge can be recharged in its docking station and used again with different information. This makes the solution flexible for visitor registration and events, while also making it interesting from a CSR perspective: the same badge can be reused and provided with updated information for future use.
