Heuvelman has recently been able to provide audiovisual equipment in various beautiful council and committee rooms of different municipalities. To ensure that all this equipment works seamlessly together and is easy to operate, Heuvelman has used the software from MVI AudioVisual.

Operation of conference systems

MVI AudioVisual is a leader in developing software for the automation of conference systems and camera systems in council and meeting rooms. With the help of an intuitive user interface, the user can effortlessly manage all aspects of the conference system. This includes starting voting sessions, controlling microphone operation, and programming ID cards. These advanced control options are particularly valuable for clerks of a municipality, province, or water board.

Automated camera control

In public administration, live streaming of meetings is of great importance. It is essential that the (local) representatives are presented in a pleasant way to the citizens. With the advanced software from MVI AudioVisual, the entire broadcasting process of a meeting or congress is automated. No operator is needed, and the innovative automated camera tracking system works seamlessly with all well-known camera brands.

The software offers various display options, such as multi-screen, split-screen, and picture-in-picture, where participants, voting results, agenda items, and presentations are automatically shown. Moreover, additional information is automatically added to each speaker, such as speaking time, the name of the delegate, and the political party with the party logo. This ensures a professional and streamlined display of the meeting.

This includes integration with all major council information systems (RIS links) and enabling participation in council and committee meetings from home. The Provincial House of South Holland, a province with diverse landscapes and breathtaking nature, is an absolute eye-catcher. Our colleagues at Heuvelman not only designed and installed an LED video wall solution in the new Event Room but also provided the audiovisual setup of both the fully renovated States Hall and the Committee Room. In collaboration with MVI and Notubiz, a seamless integration of hardware and software has been realized, resulting in an innovative meeting solution. Read here how the entire process went.

The Municipality of Vlaardingen has issued a tender for the purchase, installation, support, and maintenance of audiovisual resources used within the municipality. In addition to supplying and installing the audiovisual solutions, an important aspect of the tender was providing advice to the Municipality of Vlaardingen on new developments in the industry.

In collaboration with MVI, Heuvelman has realized an advanced meeting solution, enabling hybrid meetings. This solution plays a crucial role in modernizing the meeting processes within the municipality.

Heuvelman has replaced the audiovisual installations at the municipality of Nieuwegein, allowing council meetings to now be broadcast via a livestream. The municipality uses 41 wireless discussion posts, where each participant logs in with an ID card to participate in the meeting. Thanks to simple control panels, the user can effortlessly, with just one touch on the screen, call up the desired functionality.

The software from MVI has ensured that the hardware installed by Heuvelman is easy to use. This ensures a smooth and pleasant experience when operating the audiovisual systems in the council meetings.
