Project Manager Lighting

Are you a creative lighting designer with a passion for events, experiences and technology? Would you like to work on a wide variety of projects, from corporate events and conferences to spectacular shows and fixed installations? Then we are looking for you.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a project manager, technical producer or senior lighting technician
Demonstrable knowledge of professional lighting technology
Experience within the events, theatre or AV industry
Strong organizational and communication skills
Financial insight and experience with project budgets
Knowledge of lighting control systems, networks and modern lighting equipment
Experience with Vectorworks or similar design and project software is preferred
You are stress resistant, solution oriented and decisive

€3,500 to €4,000 gross per month based on 40 hours per week
40 hour working week
31 vacation days based on 40 hours per week

What will you do?

- Coordinate lighting projects from the quotation phase to final delivery
- Translate client requirements into technical solutions
- Collaborate with lighting designers, engineers, work preparers, and production teams
- Draft and monitor project schedules, budgets, and cost calculations
- Coordinate personnel allocation, materials, and logistics
- Supervise on-site installation and dismantling
- Identify risks and make timely adjustments where necessary
- Ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Actively contribute to innovations and improvements within the Lighting department

As a Lighting Project Manager, you are responsible for the preparation, coordination and realization of lighting projects within events, conferences, studios, theatres and fixed installations. You use modern tools and techniques to realize projects in the best possible way. You monitor planning, quality and budgets, and ensure that all parties involved work together effectively.

You are the point of contact for clients, suppliers and internal teams, and you ensure that every project runs perfectly from both a technical and organizational perspective.

You will be working in a team of specialists with whom we create innovative solutions for events, conferences, studios and experience centers every day. Together, we ensure that technology, content and experience come together perfectly.
