We take care of the organization of your conference for you.

Organizing a conference or congress is a complex task. There are various aspects that you need to manage. At Heuvelman, we are happy to support you by taking as many tasks off your hands as possible.

We do this, for example, by taking care of all the speakers' presentations. Our technicians have experience with countless presentations and know the ins and outs of all presentation software. We can also assist you by, for example, formatting keynote presentations in the style of your event. Camera registration, sound amplification, and lighting are areas in which we also have a great deal of experience. We are happy to brainstorm with you on how to make your conference or congress as interesting as possible for your visitors, for example by using an event app or innovations such as AI.

Event Services

Our services do not stop at image, light, and sound. With our Event Services, we can fully organize your conference or congress. For example, we also take care of the complete setup of the location for the VNG Annual Congress.

We also have our own Content Design department, which allows us to take care of the decoration of the location you have chosen. Additionally, we can provide content during your event, for example in the form of videos or visuals.
