

The KNLTB organised the NK Padel as part of the National Padel Week. This called for a visual activation solution that matches the on-site sports experience at Peakz Padel Eindhoven: highly visible, dynamic, and suitable for sponsor and match communication.
This project marked the first use of LED boarding within this context. That required additional preparation for build-up, positioning and alignment with the programme.
In addition, this was a combined project with the KNLTB’s preferred supplier. Within the overall scope, Heuvelman specifically delivered the video component: content, control for commercial playout, and match-related on-screen output.
The request for LED boarding had been discussed before, but this year’s execution was different: the boarding was positioned at an angle on the floor. This required accurate finishing, safe placement and a practical workflow for content.
Heuvelman worked together with Xtreme LED for delivery/finishing and with our internal content department to develop the content and formats used during the event.
Commercial playout and content handling ran reliably: triggering and timing aligned with the programme.
With this, a solid foundation has been established for future editions: the technology, collaboration and workflow were tested in practice and provide a clear starting point for optimisation in upcoming sports productions.
