AFAS Software

AFAS Software build a new Experience Center in Leusden, where working, meeting, and inspiring come together. Due to strong growth, there was a need for more space for both employees and visitors. The building is much more than an office: it’s an experience hub, featuring demo and event spaces, auditoria, sports facilities, a restaurant, and a theater. Heuvelman is proud to contribute as audiovisual partner to this unique environment.

AV Installations in AFAS Experience Center
Heuvelman provided all audiovisual technology for the AFAS Experience Center, from Digital Signage in the lobby to permanent installations in meeting rooms and the restaurant. The building is equipped with the latest technology, including a curved LED screen for 700 guests, interactive maps, and outdoor speakers to track scores.

Atrium and Theater
Two large LED screens (480 x 270 cm each) with Full HD resolution were installed in the Atrium. To ensure optimal sound coverage, Fohhn Beam Steering speakers were placed. The AFAS Theater, with 800 seats, features Fohhn Focus Venue speakers and subwoofers, creating a professional setting for presentations and events.

Fixed and Temporary Solutions
In addition to the permanent installations, Heuvelman also provides audiovisual support for events like the AFAS Succestival and the King Willem I Lecture. During these events, including a dinner at a still-under-construction site, the challenge was met to transform the space into a top-notch venue.
