As an Allround Technician Rental at Heuvelman, you are responsible for the setup and dismantling of audio and video equipment and managing small to large productions. Within a large project, you form an important part of a well-coordinated team. Your tasks can vary from setup and dismantling, operational control during shows, to operating a fixed installation or a combination of these. Additionally, it is important to know that working hours/days can vary, with possible assignments in the evenings and weekends. The locations where you work also vary each time. One time you might set up at a medical conference, and another time you might dismantle a gala at a sports event. It is also possible that you might work somewhere in Europe, where you are responsible for the audio and video equipment at a specific event.
You will work in the Field Service Rental team. This team consists, besides you, of a Rental Team Leader, Rental Project Leader, an AVL Technician, and an AV Assistant. The Rental Team Leader is the supervisor of all technicians within the team. Although each team member has their own specialties and responsibilities, you always work closely together to ensure that each job is completed successfully.
