As a Product Owner at Heuvelman, you ensure that new products and innovations are ready to be used in our sales and rental projects. Once a product has been tested and approved, you take responsibility for the next steps. You gather all the necessary information, ensure everything is correctly documented in our systems, and make sure all relevant departments are informed and have received the appropriate training. This allows your colleagues to start working with the product right away.
You will also act as the product specialist for these new solutions. You understand how the products work, what they are capable of, and what needs to be taken into account. You support colleagues with technical questions and participate in customer meetings and demonstrations to provide expert advice.
You will work closely with various departments, including Sales, Marketing, Content, and Project and Production Management. You will also maintain regular contact with suppliers. You ensure that colleagues have access to the right information, that collaboration with partners runs smoothly, and that new products are successfully introduced within Heuvelman and to our customers.
