As an Installation Technician at Heuvelman, you are responsible for carrying out various installations within the audiovisual sector. These tasks can range from small meeting sets to large conferences, theaters, or impressive LED walls. You will travel across the country and may sometimes be scheduled with overnight stays. The work is therefore very diverse, and no day will be the same. You ensure that your installations are service-oriented, organized, and accessible for maintenance and troubleshooting.
In this role, your core tasks include installing and maintaining AV installations. This means that you may be on the road for some time, unloading the necessary equipment on-site and performing the installation on-site, including breaks. After the installation, you neatly tidy up the used materials and travel back home. For this position, knowledge of tools and materials, such as a screwdriver, hammer drill, angle grinder, and jigsaw, is highly desirable.
You will work in the Field Service team with about eight employees, including the Work Preparation, a Team Leader, and a Manager. Collaboration and good communication are important, both internally and externally. You usually work in a team, but it may also happen that you are scheduled alone.
