AFAS Experience Center

High-level audiovisual technology

AFAS has opened the Experience Center, where they welcome, connect, and inspire their customers and relations. Heuvelman has equipped the building with the latest technology: digital signage in the reception area with an interactive map and beacons, speakers, and an LED screen at the outdoor sports areas. Additionally, there are permanent audio and video installations in the meeting rooms. In the restaurant, a curved LED screen and charging points have been installed.

In the Atrium, two large LED screens have been installed. These are constructed as a video wall; multiple LED modules that ultimately become one screen.

The Atrium is a challenging space, acoustically speaking, with a lot of glass and hard materials. Therefore, two Beam Steering speakers and a subwoofer from the brand Fohhn have been chosen for both sides of the LED screens. Thanks to the Beam Steering technology, this space has become acoustically perfect for presentations and events or parties.

There is a complete, professional theater building with over 800 seats for own presentations, meetings, and long-running theater productions. Inside the large glass sphere, which stands out on the outside of the building, is the theater. Here, speakers and subwoofers are hung for the best sound.

Heuvelman is not only responsible for the permanent installations in the new building but also for the audiovisual support during events. Our colleagues have already been able to support the AFAS Succestival, the third King Willem I Lecture, and the King Willem I dinner.
