The service department of Heuvelman aims to unburden you completely in the field of your audiovisual equipment. This is achieved by being available 24/7, having an in-house repair department, and having our service technicians.

Heuvelman wants to take the number 1 “top-of-mind” position when it comes to customer focus and service.

Maintenance agreement

Heuvelman is happy to help you manage your installation. Using an asset database supplemented with condition measurements, you know exactly which equipment you have on site and in which condition the product is. Through periodic maintenance, Heuvelman ensures a reliable installation that performs optimally.
Risks can be kept to a minimum. However, it can happen that a device malfunctions or does not perform well. Our helpdesk and fault technicians offers you the desired service within the response time of your choice. In case of business-critical equipment, Heuvelman has a wide range of equipment in stock to immediately provide you with an alternative. This allows you to get back to work directly.

Repair department

The “Service” department takes care of the maintenance of all audiovisual equipment, preventively and correctively. Also, Heuvelman carries out periodic inspections by the applicable NEN-standards. Of course, we also take care of all audiovisual equipment’s full warranty processing, and we report periodically at different levels.

Reporting and advice

You will receive an annual report containing the results of the maintenance and the condition assessment. This discusses any risks and advises on the expected maintenance costs and possible solutions.

Training

To make optimal use of your installations and prevent malfunctions, Heuvelman also offers training courses. The primary goal is to let users gain experience with their resources (the possibilities and impossibilities) and learn how these resources can be used optimally. The result is that all users can operate the equipment independently based on the functional requirements of the equipment.

Condition measurement

In the Netherlands, condition measurement of buildings, terrains, and installations for measuring the state of maintenance conform the NEN 2767 is standard. This measurement is limited to “building-specific” installations, which is why Heuvelman has developed his own methodology over the years, drawn up based on NEN 2767, and elaborated on the experience we gain across the country every day.

Online monitoring

If desired, Heuvelman can also monitor your equipment remotely. We continuously monitor whether your system is functioning correctly. In the unlikely event of a malfunction or problem, a notification is automatically sent to the service coordinator within Heuvelman – so that immediate action can be taken. The monitoring tool controls, among other things, the status of a screen, the PC temperature, the CPU usage, and the network connection.. The system also sends a screenshot every five minutes, with which Heuvelman can use software to check whether the system is running as desired.
