If you have a fault in your existing audiovisual equipment, you would like this problem to be solved as quickly as possible. The factory warranty only applies to the equipment, which means that you are responsible for removing, connecting and possibly configuring your equipment. Heuvelman can take these activities off your hands and help you on your way quickly. All you have to do is fill in the form below, and we will contact you as soon as possible!

Before you fill out this form, we ask you if you have already checked or tried the following actions:
  • Is the plug plugged in?
  • Is there voltage on the socket?
  • Is the correct input screen displayed?
  • Has the device been restarted or reset?
  • Have the batteries been replaced?
  • Has another cable been tried?

If the answer to these questions is 'yes' and the equipment still indicates a fault, please complete the form below.

We will only use your information to contact you and resolve the fault. We would like to refer you to our privacy statement. After checking your report you will receive a reference number by email and from that moment your fault will be processed.
