Heuvelman guarantees the operational functionality of the products. In order to ensure continuity, we offer you the option of concluding customized maintenance contracts for all products. You can choose between preventive or corrective maintenance at various intervals.
The maintenance contracts are concluded in the form of a Service Level Agreement (SLA). Criteria for drawing up a SLA will largely depend on the type of product and its use or application.
