Our approach

 

Heuvelman sound & vision can deal with the total audiovisual process, from design to execution and after sales. Our approach is fully aimed at efficiency and effectiveness, both in case of hire, lease and sale. In hire projects, we first assess the location’s physical layout, the technical aspects and the in-house facilities. Then we liaise with the other parties involved, have an internal brainstorm session and discussions between the account manager and the production manager and the project preparation and scheduling departments. In the event of a sale, we also first visit the location, and then consult with you, the customer. In conjunction with our engineers we then prepare a design that is eventually fleshed out in a proposal. After approval, a contract is drawn up and the equipment is delivered and installed.

 

Project management in sales and hire projects
For both sales projects and hire projects, Heuvelman sets up a team that handles your project from application and design to execution and debriefing. That, too, sets us apart from others. The team always works on the basis of objectives, wishes, parameters and options. And there is always one point of contact at Heuvelman.

 

From concept through to execution
Heuvelman lets you benefit from the synergy between our sales and hire employees, for example when you have purchased your audiovisual equipment, but you also need some temporary AV equipment. The account manager assesses the realized project, both internally and externally, and also handles after sales. Heuvelman likes to get involved, from concept and content through to realization and after sales. Your success is our aim.
