Events may take place both indoors and outdoors and with or without music, with audiences ranging from massive crowds to selected groups. More or less the same is true for fairs: locations and audiences vary and each stand design is different. In all cases, the right audiovisual facilities are indispensable. Sometimes a simple stand-alone amplification system is sufficient, but if you want your event or stand to make an impact, more is needed. Heuvelman offers plenty of options: plasma walls, skyviews, large-image projections, cameras and high-end sound amplification. We can provide this in various rooms. Our starting point is and remains optimizing your success by using the right resources!

 

First the end, than the means
In the audiovisual support of your exhibition stand or event, it is crucial that the technology is tailored in every possible way. But Heuvelman feels it is just as important to interpret your wishes inventively and innovatively. We are also eager to advise you on how to broadcast your message, for example by designing, packaging and duplicating DVDs aimed at events and trade fairs, (interactive) CD-ROMs, PowerPoint and Flash presentations.

 

No unforeseen circumstances
Heuvelman’s technicians are familiar with virtually all exhibition centres, and also know all locations suitable for events, so that the risk of ‘unforeseen circumstances’ is almost nil.
